“Like anyone with an illness I am getting professional help.”
Australian rapper 360, real name Matt Colwell, has revealed in a Facebook post that he has been struggling with depression lately.
"Being evaluated by a psychiatrist to determine where to go from here... this is the darkest of the dark for me. But I am fucking determined to get through this the only way I know how, channeling the sadness and turning it into music."
Hundreds of people took to the comments section to offer words of support, which 360 responded to.

360 is vocal about mental health and addiction. Back in March, he released this video announcing his new project, The 180 Movement, which aims to help "move as many people away from suffering in silence".
The 180 Movement was also co-founded by mental health advocate, James Kennedy.
