Earlier today, Perez Hilton tweeted this incredible video of Lindsay Lohan from a few weeks ago, at the launch of her new nightclub.

And oh boy, it's worth watching all three minutes and 17 seconds of the video, just to listen to her accent and wonder what the hell is going on.
She recently visited Syrian refugee camps in Turkey (where she reportedly donated energy drinks), so maybe it's linked to that? You can hear it a little in this video too.
Or maybe she's just channeling Sigourney Weaver in Heartbreakers. Who knows.
